What this site is

Northern Decking Co is a decking referral service operated by West Digital Agency for Perth's northern suburbs, across the City of Joondalup and the City of Wanneroo. Enquiries go to an independent licensed decking contractor who visits the site, quotes in writing and does the work.

Northern Decking Co is a referral service and a trading name used for this website. It is not itself a building contractor and does not carry out building work. The site is operated by West Digital Agency.

Quotes and work

Any quote you receive comes directly from the independent licensed contractor, in the contractor's name. Any contract for decking work is between you and the contractor. West Digital Agency is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the contractor's quote, workmanship, timing or warranties. Ask the contractor for their registration and insurance details before work starts, and for the quote to state who prepares and lodges any council application.

Councils change their guides; confirm anything that matters with the City of Joondalup or the City of Wanneroo before you rely on it. No price, cost or timeframe is given or implied on this site.
