Privacy

Northern Decking Co is a decking referral service operated by West Digital Agency for Perth's northern suburbs, across the City of Joondalup and the City of Wanneroo. Enquiries go to an independent licensed decking contractor who visits the site, quotes in writing and does the work.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect your name, mobile number, suburb, the type and rough size of deck, when you hope to build, and an email address if you give one. When you call the number on this site, the call may be recorded so the contractor has an accurate record of your enquiry. The site also records which page an enquiry came from.

Who it goes to

Your enquiry goes to the independent licensed decking contractor who quotes and carries out the work, and to West Digital Agency as the operator of this site. It is sent by email and stored in a lead register so nothing is lost. It is not sold or passed to anyone else. The contractor uses it to contact you about your deck and for nothing else.

Services we use

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a script sent it. Emails are sent through Resend. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics records how the site is used in aggregate, with IP addresses anonymised. Details of the cookies and storage involved are on the cookies page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are being followed up and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be removed. Call the number on this site or send a note through the form saying it is a privacy request.

Changes

This page will be updated if the way we handle enquiries changes. The date at the top is the last review.
